Unfortunately at this time, Refundid does not facilitate in-store returns. Our system requires all returns to be shipped back to the retailer and tracking numbers to be attached to your Refundid account.
If you wish to process an in-store return this will need to be handled separately to Refundid.
That said, you are more than welcome to go into the store directly and return your item in person but this will not be able to be done via the Refundid system.
