I've got a tracking number, how do I put it in?

There are two easy ways to provide Refundid with your shipping tracking number if you’ve chosen to get your refund instantly and organise shipping later.

 

Just make sure you enter your tracking number by following the steps below within three business days of lodging your refund to avoid being charged any misconduct fees.

 

Method 1: using the Refundid dashboard

  1. Log in to your Refundid dashboard and select Past Refunds at the centre right of the page

  2. Locate your order and click the ADD TRACKING button on the far right, under Status

  3. Once you're on the Tracking number page, select the carrier you shipped your order back with and add your tracking number

  4. Click the Add tracking button. You’re all set!

 

Method 2: via email

  1. If you choose to add your tracking number later and get refunded instantly, we’ll send you daily email reminders to add your tracking number. Go to your inbox and locate the email from Refundid with the subject line: 3 day(s) left to add tracking

  2. Click the large orange button titled Enter tracking number

  3. On the Tracking number page, select the carrier you shipped your order back with and add your tracking number

  4. Click the Add tracking button

     

     

    Note: You may need to log in to your account before you click the Enter tracking number button.
