Why can’t I add my tracking number?

After you receive your tracking label or receipt from a postal service, it can sometimes take several hours for your tracking number to register in the service’s system. As a result, you may see a ‘Could not find tracking details’ message when you attempt to add the tracking number on a Refundid return.

 

If this happens to you:

  2. Try waiting two to four hours to give the postal service’s system time to update.
