Refundid places an overall limit on the amount you are able to refund. This limit is applied to both individual orders and open orders that are yet to be closed by our partnering retailers.
If the value of the items you wish to return exceeds your account limit, you will receive an error message restricting you from proceeding.
It is important to note that your refund limit will reset once your open returns are approved by the retailer.
Further, your refund limit will increase the more you use the platform!
