The tracking number is located in the top left underneath 'Destination Post Code: XXXX'.
Australia Post (eParcel online receipt)
The tracking number is located at the bottom and is called the "AP Article Id".
Sendle (online receipt)
The tracking number is located in the top right corner and is called the "Sendle Ref".
