What happens if my return parcel hasn’t arrived at the retailer because it is delayed?

In the rare instance that your return is delayed, please head to Australia Post website, input your tracking details, and click ‘submit an enquiry.’


After this, you will be asked to input some details about the return item and Australia Post will then launch an investigation.

Please note: Sometimes tracking updates can be delayed and your parcel may have already made its way back to the retailer and been accepted. We suggest keeping an eye out for the status of your refund in your Refundid Dashboard.
