My exchange order was refunded, how do I claim my funds back?

In some cases, the retailer may refund your exchange order. If that happens, the funds are returned to us, and we’ll then pay them out to you

  • If you already have a bank account linked, we’ll pay the funds to that account

  • If you don’t have a bank account linked yet, you’ll need to add one so we can process the payout

How to add your bank account and claim your funds

  1. Go to portal.refundid.com

  2. Sign in using the same account/email you used to lodge the instant exchange

  3. Open your Dashboard

  4. Find your exchange order and click CLAIM

  5. Follow the prompts to connect your bank account and claim your funds
