In order to confirm the account that your refund was issued to, please follow the steps below:
- Log into your Refundid account
- On your dashboard, navigate to the 'Completed' tab
- Locate and expand your refund to view all the return details
- Click on the 'View Receipt' button
Within your receipt, you'll be able to view the nominated bank account or debit card your refund was paid into.
It's important to double-check these details as your nominated account or card will not always be the same as your original method of payment.
