Refundid works in partnership with your chosen retailer. You will need to input some personal details as well as your order details to process a return with us. We will then store some of your information in an account for you so that you can go back and use Refundid again in the future seamlessly.
With your account, you will also be able to track existing return requests and shop Refundid-only deals through our app.
